Learn to talk 'independent,' win the White House – USATODAY.com

Not my usual news source, but when they are saying something I have known for a long time I will give it a read. It says that the people in the middle matter and they are not far right or far left and they swing elections. If Mittens is the nominee and the Joker wins, then the Republicans can kiss their butts goodbye. If Mittens wins and governs the way he did in MA, then the Republicans can kiss their butts goodbye. If Mittens wins and governs as a fiscal conservative and reigns in wasteful government spending and turns this ship of state around, then the Democrats can kiss their butts goodbye. This election is the beginning of the end of the two party monopoly because there are too many voters in the middle looking for something more than either party is offering. It will soon dawn on them that neither party gives a crap about fixing the mess and that serious change is needed. That change will come from the angry middle and after eight years of spendthrift Republicans and fours years of socialist Democrats, they are left with the choice between Mittens and the Joker. There was a lot of talk of someone, anyone, that would be better, but it didn't happen. So regardless of the next occupent of the WH, there will be a radical change in the system by 2016 election day. There will either be a party implosion and take over or a third party that identifies with the angry middle. The new third party could make a huge difference in 2014, but it is Presidential elections where parties live or die. I am already seeing the signs and they will only get stronger and it will likely be lead out of the younger generations, as they see their futures flushed down the Potomac Toilet. Mark my words there with be significant change on the political landscape in the coming years regardless of who wins in November.
